NEXT CHASE Support

Version 1.0.0. Effective upon first publication at this address.

Contact Next Chase LLC at support@nextchaseapp.com for beta help, privacy requests, security concerns or reports about inaccurate or unsafe content.

If password-reset delivery is unavailable, contact Support for the available account-recovery process. Never send passwords or authentication codes. Account recovery is not guaranteed. Do not send identity documents unsolicited.

If sign-in access ends during account deletion, server cleanup may continue and automated confirmation is unavailable. You may request later confirmation through Support, but acknowledgment is not deletion completion. Identity recovery can require review; we do not automatically reserve a displayed older username or promise to restore an account.

Send only what is needed

Describe the feature, what you expected, what happened and the approximate time. Use your account's established email channel when possible for an account-specific request. Do not send passwords, authentication or recovery codes, government identifiers, payment information or unnecessary precise locations. Do not attach private photos, AI conversations or device logs unless a safe, necessary method has first been established.

The AI-report email control does not automatically attach a prompt, response, photo, location or conversation. Check what you choose to send. Your email service and our support services process the message.

Privacy requests and identity verification

Use available authenticated Account controls for corrections, export or deletion, or email a description of your request. We determine the minimum existing information needed to verify control and authority before disclosure or irreversible action. Lost-access requests use an established channel; public information alone is insufficient for sensitive disclosure. We never request passwords or authentication codes. Do not send identity documents unsolicited; identity-document collection is not our routine verification process.

If authority cannot be established, our procedure discloses nothing, takes no irreversible action, explains the missing verification category and offers reconsideration. Urgent security triage does not wait for account verification when no account disclosure is needed.

Representatives, teens and safety

Agents may begin a request. Before acting, we verify identity and scoped authority, using narrowly scoped authorization and direct confirmation when appropriate without overriding binding authority.

People aged 13–17 use the same request process. We do not automatically disclose a teen's account to someone claiming to be a guardian. Guardian and deceased-user requests receive review of specific authority, safety concerns and the requested action; family relationship alone does not authorize access. Suspected under-13 use receives priority review without unnecessary child information. Do not send a child's full birth date, private photos or identification documents unsolicited.

Appeals, partial results and holds

To appeal, identify the earlier request and explain your concern. Our procedure preserves the original decision and provides owner/operator reconsideration on the merits, a reasoned outcome and applicable further-review information. We do not promise an independent appeals team.

For a denial, partial result or delay, we explain the affected scope, safe reason category, remaining work, next review date and appeal route where permitted. Failed cleanup or pending provider action is not treated as completed work. We coordinate with relevant providers where needed; their response or deletion timing is not guaranteed.

An exception or legal/security hold applies only to the smallest justified scope. Our procedure records its basis, responsible reviewer and review date, continues unaffected work and ends the hold when its basis ends. A hold does not automatically stop a response deadline or silently restart it.

Response targets

We aim to acknowledge ordinary requests within three business days, begin security-report triage within one business day, and complete requests within 30 calendar days, subject to any shorter applicable deadline. These are operational targets, not completion guarantees. Security triage means initial assessment and appropriate escalation, not guaranteed resolution in one day. Urgent protective action must not wait for a target deadline.

Business days use America/Chicago and the published US federal holiday calendar. This convention does not replace or extend statutory deadlines. The Founder/Owner is responsible for business-day review and deadline tracking; any substitute must be individually authorized and have only necessary case access.

Support is not an emergency service. For immediate danger, use appropriate local emergency resources. We cannot confirm current field safety, property access, regulations or weather; verify official sources and conditions independently.

Support records

Support mail is routed through Cloudflare Email Routing to Gmail. We use it to respond, verify authority where necessary, secure the service and document handling. Our procedure removes unnecessary verification material promptly, keeps a minimal case record only while a documented handling, accountability, dispute or legal purpose remains, and reviews necessity at closure and monthly thereafter. That review cadence is not a fixed mailbox-retention period or a provider-deletion guarantee. App-account deletion does not automatically erase support correspondence or provider copies.
