NEXT CHASE Terms of Use

Version 1.0.0. Effective upon first publication at this address.

Next Chase LLC provides NEXT CHASE's free initial beta for people age 13 and older in the 50 United States. US territories and other countries are outside this beta's scope. The planned public TestFlight beta permits eligible people to install and complete normal self-service signup. Apple is not represented as filtering testers by age or geography. There are no purchases. Keep account information accurate and protect your credentials. These Terms do not override legal protections or requirements concerning minors or a representative's authority.

Using the beta

We give you limited, personal, nontransferable permission to use the app for its intended beta features, subject to these Terms. You do not acquire ownership of the app. Nothing here restricts rights that applicable law does not permit us to restrict.

Do not use the app for unlawful activity, infringement, impersonation, credential abuse, unauthorized access, malicious content, harassment, service interference or bypassing safeguards and quotas. Do not copy or resell the app or use automated access without permission, except where applicable law permits it. These restrictions do not prohibit normal intended outdoor, location, photo or AI features.

Your content

You retain your rights in content you submit. You grant Next Chase LLC only the permission needed to host, process, transmit, display back to you, export and delete that content to provide requested features and operate the service. This includes requested photo storage, OpenAI text processing and AI image analysis, and necessary service providers for those purposes.

This permission does not grant independent advertising, public-reuse or model-training rights. Submit only content you have the right to use for the requested purpose. Deliberately submitted product suggestions may be used to improve the service; private photos and AI requests are not automatically product feedback.

Provider processing and retention are described in the Privacy Policy. Your permission to NEXT CHASE is not a guarantee about a provider's settings or deletion practices and does not replace separate feature notices or device permissions.

AI and outdoor decisions

Plan, Guide, Feedback, follow-up and image analysis are assistive tools. AI can be inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate. Independently verify regulations, access, weather and safety-critical information. Do not use the service to harm people, facilitate poaching or unlawful conduct, or evade safety and legal controls. Do not submit unnecessary sensitive information.

Maps, Saved Markers, boundaries, public-access layers, forecasts and reference information can be inaccurate, delayed or unavailable. They do not establish legal entry, ownership, a boundary, a safe route, applicable season or method legality, or current field conditions. Check official sources, posted signs and landowner permission. External navigation is a handoff to the chosen provider. GEBCO-derived bathymetry is not for navigation or safety at sea.

These cautions do not waive responsibilities that applicable law places on Next Chase LLC or require repeated confirmations for normal feature use. Availability of a feature does not establish provider endorsement or permission for every proposed use.

Providers

Google Maps and Places use is subject to the Google Maps End User Additional Terms of Service. See the Google Privacy Policy. Other providers and data sources may have applicable terms and attribution requirements. These Terms do not grant rights in third-party content beyond the rights actually available.

Availability and maintenance

Beta features may contain errors, be interrupted or change. Account maintenance can restrict signup, username changes, sharing, inbox, deletion or AI actions. A maintenance message is not confirmation that a requested action started. Save copies of important information where supported; no restoration service is guaranteed.

New user-to-user sharing, revocation and inbox workflows remain closed unless separately reopened after review. Reminder delivery is outside the initial beta's enabled scope. Previously saved or hosted information remains subject to the privacy and deletion process.

Enforcement, ending use and requests

We may apply proportionate restrictions or suspend or end access for serious or repeated violations, abuse or a material security risk. Our procedure documents the grounds and, where appropriate, explains the restriction and offers an owner/operator-reviewed appeal through Support. Urgent protective action may precede notice when necessary; we explain afterward when lawful and safe. We do not promise continuous proactive moderation or an independent appeals team.

You may stop using the beta and request deletion as described in Account Deletion. Current technical limits can leave deletion pending; signing out or ending access is not completed deletion. Suspension does not extinguish applicable privacy rights or obligations concerning an existing request.

Disputes and mandatory rights

You may contact support about a dispute, but doing so is not a prerequisite to a legal remedy. These Terms impose no arbitration requirement, class-action waiver, indemnity, monetary liability cap, shortened claim period or exclusive venue. Nothing here removes rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not permit us to restrict.

Changes and contact

Our policy is to identify effective versions, retain prior published versions and explain material changes. Where practicable, we give notice before material changes through an appropriate in-app or support notice route; urgent protective changes receive prompt notice where permitted. We obtain renewed agreement or consent where required; posting a page alone does not replace it. Changes cannot retroactively expand rights to private content.
