NEXT CHASE Privacy Choices

Version 1.0.0. Effective upon first publication at this address.

Next Chase LLC offers one access, correction, deletion and appeal process for all US beta users. Choices and rights apply subject to proportionate verification and applicable law. Contact support@nextchaseapp.com.

Feature choices

Provider processing necessary for a requested feature is separate from optional Analytics. If a control is absent or appears not to work, contact support rather than assume all processing has stopped. The initial beta has no advertising feature or purchase flow; this is not a blanket assertion about the legal classification of every provider practice.

Access, correction and export

Use available Account controls to edit supported fields or request an export. Some controls, including username changes, can be unavailable during maintenance. A maintenance response does not mean a change was saved. The updated username controls being prepared use current account authority and version checks; a displayed legacy label is not proof of a reservation. If identity authority needs review, the account remains restricted instead of automatically claiming that label. Recovery may repair a valid missing pointer or continue the existing unfinished signup; it does not automatically initialize an older account.

Standard exports concern saved account content and media metadata; they are not a bundle of all original media or necessarily the full response to a privacy-access request. Check any omission or partial-result notice. Contact support if relevant information is missing or a correction is unavailable. Save a needed export before its displayed download expiry; download expiry and deletion of all stored copies are different.

Deletion, appeals and delays

See Account Deletion before an irreversible action. Current cleanup limits can leave deletion pending. Do not assume a success message, loss of sign-in access or a support acknowledgment proves complete removal.

For a privacy request, describe the requested access, correction or deletion. For an appeal, identify the prior request and explain what should be reconsidered. The owner/operator reviews appeals on their merits; an independent team is not promised. Our procedure provides a reasoned outcome and applicable further-review information. A partial, denied or delayed request receives its affected scope, a safe reason category, outstanding-work status, next review date and appeal route where permitted.

Exceptions and legal or security holds apply only to the justified portion, with a responsible reviewer and review date. Unaffected work continues. A hold, queue or technical problem does not silently reset applicable deadlines. Response targets appear on Support.

Verification, agents and minors

We verify control and authority before personal-information disclosure or irreversible action. Use authenticated controls where available. If access is lost, ask for a minimal manual-verification route through an established channel. If verification is insufficient, our procedure withholds disclosure and irreversible action, explains the missing verification category and offers reconsideration. We never ask for passwords or authentication codes; do not send government ID or other sensitive verification documents unsolicited.

An agent can submit a request, but we verify the person's identity and the agent's scoped authority before acting. Direct confirmation through an established account channel may be appropriate without overriding binding authorization. A claimed guardian or family relationship does not automatically authorize access. Teen, guardian and deceased-user requests receive specific authority and safety review.

Children under 13 are ineligible. Report suspected under-13 use with a brief description, without a child's full birth date, private photos or identification documents. These reports receive priority review. Urgent security triage need not wait for account verification when no account disclosure is involved.

See the Privacy Policy for information categories, providers and retention criteria. Exercising a privacy choice does not remove unrelated core features. Case records have no promised fixed retention duration or guaranteed provider-deletion date.
